What if I don’t see the variety of plant or tree I would like?
We have an internal library of photos detailing the thousands of landscaping products and trees we have manufactured. Chances are we have manufactured your desired plant variety for a past client, so we always recommend you contact us to discuss your specific plant needs.

What if I don’t see the size plant or tree I would like?
Since the majority of our artificial trees and landscaping products are made to order we can make your desired plant to your exact size. We do have a cataloged number of sizes available for each plant variety to help you choose the right size for your project.

How do I get help selecting the appropriate plant or tree for my application?
We have a staff of project managers and designers standing by ready to help you with your project. Our team of professionals include horticulturists, landscape architects, master gardeners and designers all trained to help you no matter how big or small your request may be. From a single floor plant to a complete artificial landscape design, we are here to assist you.

Can you provide design assistance?
Yes. We have an entire team of designers and a graphic design department ready to help with simple plant selection to complete landscape design. Please contact us to discuss your project.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes. We have a large showroom in our factory that has been constructed to show our silk landscaping products and trees as they would be used in applications. We have created various themes including tropical, wilderness and Asian. In addition, since our showroom is connected to our manufacturing facility clients have the ability to tour the production floor and review the craftsmanship of our finished trees and landscaping products.

Shipping

How does your product ship?
We have a well engineered shipping and packaging process so that all of our landscaping products and trees can be packed and shipped as economically as possible. From standardized corrugated cardboard boxes that ship via Small Parcel (Ground) to custom wooden creates that ship via LTL, we can pack just about all of our products. When artificial trees are too large to be packed in boxes or crates, we contract for semi trailers or sea containers and build internal framework so that the trees can be safely secured until they arrive at the client site.

Can you ship your product internationally?
Yes. Our product has been installed in over 50 countries. We offer both Ocean shipment (LCL, 20’ Sea Container, 40’ Sea Container) and Air shipment.
